OUR STORY
Our connection to real estate began years ago when we purchased our first home. Like many homeowners, we learned through experience — taking on projects, improving our property, solving problems, and discovering how much we enjoyed transforming a house into a place people are proud to call home.
That passion continued to grow, and in 2015 we purchased our first rental property. Through owning and managing properties, we gained firsthand experience in caring for homes, solving problems, and understanding the importance of treating people with honesty and respect.
Today, Pine View Homebuyers combines that experience with a desire to help homeowners navigate important decisions with confidence. Whether someone needs to sell a home as-is, is facing a challenging situation, or simply wants to understand their options, we’re here to provide honest guidance and practical solutions.

Colin’s background as a Navy veteran has shaped the way we approach life and business — with a commitment to service, integrity, and doing things the right way. Together, we’ve spent years as homeowners, property owners, and people who simply enjoy making a house better than we found it.
We’re proud parents of two adult sons and a daughter-in-law, and we treasure the time we get to spend together as a family. Our faith is an important part of who we are and guides the way we approach life, relationships, and business. The values that shape our family — honesty, hard work, service, compassion, and treating people the right way — are the same values we bring to every homeowner we work with.
When we’re not helping homeowners or working on properties, you’ll usually find us enjoying the outdoors, hiking, playing pickleball, exploring local farmers markets, gardening, cooking, or working on our next home project.
